Our first PrimaLuna Hybrid Integrated Amplifier comes with a PrimaLuna designed tube pre-stage section and a Floyd Mosfet power stage. Durob’s Jan de Groot designs the latter. Mosfets are the closest in solid-state to tubes and a logical choice for expanding a tube-based only range.

The transparent acrylic plinth stands on three individually height-adjustable TPE-damped aluminium cones and carries the motor and the sub-chassis.

The A1 has a fully automatic start/stop with the automatics being completely disengaged and decoupled during the entire runtime of the record. The fully mechanical automatics are engaged when you press start and the tonearm is automatically moved to the lead in groove of the record. Once playing, the automatics are completely taken out of the equation and do not affect the playback quality.

The A2 continues the legacy of our fully mechanical automatic turntables. With this model, you can select the drop-off point for 7" (singles) or 12" (LPs) on 45 RPM records. We\'ve also included a 78 RPM feature in the system, letting you explore your old shellac collections.

Pure CD player are in contrast to DVD or Blu-ray Disc player frequently better in playback of stereo CDs. The CD Box DS (as well as CD Box S) is designed exclusively for playing audio CDs on the "Red Book standard" by Philips and is in this discipline, a true master of his trade.
