The SC-600 is a matching amplifier to the SC-600 IW and SC-600 IF/IC subwoofers. The 400 Watt amplifier is digitally tuned for dynamic bass and includes distortion limiting electronics. Twin subwoofers can be installed using a rear-panel pass through on one amp to a second SC-600. (If you want to use one amp to drive two subwoofers, use the SC-602.)

Why grey screens ?

The concept of the grey screen was first introduced by Stewart Filmscreen with their Grayhawk product in 2001, and grey screens have become immensely popular ever since.

Grey screens are often called high contrast screens because their purpose is to boost contrast on digital projectors in viewing rooms that are not entirely dark. The grey screen absorbs ambient light that strikes it better than a white screen does. In so doing the black level on the screen is maintained. This works because, assuming the projector has ample lumen output as most digital projectors do, whites remain satisfyingly white while blacks are maintained at a deeper black. The net effect is to increase the contrast range of the image on the screen.

The new C-view HDMI directly replaces its predecessor and represents a complete overhaul of the original design. The new cable benefits from full bandwidth 48 Gbps support, HDMI 2.1’s maximum data rate, with a resolution of 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz. It also supports Dynamic HDR, HDCP 2.2, HDMI eARC (enhanced Audio Return Channel), 3D, plus all HDMI audio formats.

This amplifier is perfect for less elaborate multizone audio systems and can be mated with any of our surround receivers or our preamp/processor to add music throughout three additional living areas or “zones” of your home. You can also add another RMB-1506 for larger multizone applications that don’t need the power output of the RMB-1512. As with all Rotel multichannel amplifiers it includes all of the most wanted custom installation features.
