Vinyl remains one of the most important and beloved mediums for audio reproduction. Thats why refinement and improvement of our phono stages is an ongoing concern at Vitus Audio. After completing redevelopment of our MP-P201 from the Masterpiece Series we turned our attention to the SP-103 and decided to introduce a raft of improvements introduced in that project to our Signature Series phono stage.

PC-2 EVO+ is a high quality power conditioner with inbuilt DC Blocker, designed to power and protect HI-END audio-video systems.

This conditioner effectively protects from any kind of interference and overvoltage in the power grid, but most of all warrants visible improvement of the sound and picture quality in the powered devices.

The Cadenza Black model is using a Nude Shibata stylus with a boron cantilever. The effective mass of the stylus and cantilever system is extremely low due to the use of a very thin boron rod. This material is extremely stiff and even more lightweight than aluminium.

It also uses the WRD/Wide Range Damping-system applied for MC Windfeld, MC A90, MC Anna, Xpression), controlling the high and low frequency damping separately.

The coil wire is the famous Ortofon Aucurum wire, which is a gold plated 6NX copper wire.
